Documents to bring

• ☐ ACRA credit report (no loans overdue 60+ days in the last 12 months) — not ready yet
• ☐ Certificate of no tax arrears — not ready yet
• ☐ Land ownership certificate or notarised lease (or a certificate from the community head) — not ready yet
• ☐ Design and building permit (within 1 year after approval) — not ready yet
• ☐ Bank account details — not ready yet

How to apply

1. Send an electronic application to the Ministry of Economy. The application form is published on the Ministry's website; applications are accepted until 1 November 2028. The Ministry checks the documents and visits your farm.
2. For the loan option first visit a participating bank for a credit check. The application form for this option is approved by order of the Minister of Economy.
3. The refund is paid in 3 stages: 30% after construction, 40% after equipment is installed and the barn is half-filled, 30% a year later.
