Privacy

Your quiz answers stay on your phone. We store them on our server only if you subscribe to reminders or ask a bank to contact you.

For reminders we keep your phone number or Viber/Telegram chat, your language and your answers. For a bank request we pass your name, phone and answers only to the organization you chose. Data is stored in the EU (Germany).

Sponsored offers are always marked "Sponsored" and are chosen on your phone. A supplier gets your name and phone number only if you ask it to contact you and tick the separate box.

We count anonymously how many people view, save and apply to each program. Once per quarter, when you see your results, the app also sends an anonymous note of your region, the plans you ticked and which programs matched (and, if only one condition was missing, which question it was) — never your other answers, name, phone or any free text. Partners, ministries and donors receive only totals: groups of at least 5 farmers in program reports and at least 10 in demand reports.

If a field agent (a village leader, cooperative or donor project staff) helped you, their short agent code — not a person's name — is saved on your phone for 30 days and sent with your subscription and the anonymous counts, also when you open our Viber or Telegram bot from the agent's flyer. Partners see only how many farmers each agent helped, never your answers or contact details.

We ask for each consent separately, with an unticked box. An SMS subscription becomes active only after you confirm the 6-digit code we send by SMS. We keep proof of consent: the purpose, the text version, language, channel, time and a one-way hash of the IP address.

The community and village questions are optional. Like your other answers, they stay on your phone and are used only to check whether your village is on the official list of border settlements. They are stored on our server only if you subscribe to reminders.

During a pilot, the partner organization's programs are labelled "Partner program" and may be shown higher. The partner does not receive your answers or contact details, only anonymous totals.

You can stop reminders at any time (send /stop in Viber or Telegram, or STOP by SMS). Under "My data" below you can see, download and delete your data with an SMS code; in the bot, send /delete.
