Working-capital loans for greenhouse farms with a 12-point interest subsidy

Greenhouse farms of 1 ha or more can borrow to pay for gas, electricity, water, wages, taxes, fertiliser and seeds. The state pays 12 points of the interest and you pay nothing for the first 12 months.
Do I qualify?
Companies and sole proprietors with greenhouses totalling 1 ha or more that produced and sold farm produce in 2026. Unregistered individuals cannot take part.
What you get
A loan at up to 14% interest, of which the state pays 12 points. Up to AMD 100 million per hectare of greenhouse. Term up to 18 months, the first 12 months grace. No fees and no early-repayment penalty.
Deadline
- Closes: 1 June 2027
- You can apply to a bank until 1 June 2027.
