Interest subsidy on loans to build modern greenhouses

If you build a modern greenhouse of 1 ha or more, the state pays a large part of the loan interest. The loan can run up to 8 years.

Do I qualify?

People and companies building a complete greenhouse of at least 1 ha on land designated for industrial/agricultural production (if on a building right, for at least 10 years).

What you get

For the part of the loan up to AMD 3 billion the state pays 8 percentage points; 7 points for AMD 3–9 billion; 6 points for AMD 9–15 billion. Farmers aged 18–35 or 63+ get one point more (9/8/7). Loan up to AMD 15 billion, 8 years, up to 12 months' grace. Construction must finish within 2 years.

Deadline

  • Closes: 31 December 2026
  • The program runs 2023–2026. There is no decision for 2027; a draft of a new greenhouse loan interest subsidy program is under discussion on e-draft.am and is not adopted yet.
