Zero-interest farm loan (AMD 1–2 million)

Do I qualify?

Individuals, sole proprietors and companies (including cooperatives) that spend the money on farming or farm-product processing in Armenia.

What you get

A loan of AMD 1–2 million at 0% (the state covers interest up to 14%). Term up to 3 years with a 6-month grace period. No service fees and no early-repayment penalty. You may borrow more than once, but the total cannot exceed AMD 2 million.

Deadline

• Under the decision in force the program runs in 2026–2027. A draft is under public discussion from 5 to 20 October 2026 (e-draft.am, No. 10715) that would limit it to 2026 and require the loan contract to be signed by 30 December 2026 inclusive. The draft is not adopted yet, but do not wait.

How to apply

1. 1Go to a bank or credit organization that takes part in the program.
2. 2Hand in a short plan saying what the loan is for.
3. 3The bank checks your creditworthiness and signs the contract. The state pays the interest to the bank.
