Farmland consolidation – 50% refund

If you buy several small plots and merge them into one larger plot (3–200 ha), the state refunds half of the cadastral value of the purchased plots. You are exempt from notary and registration state duties.
Do I qualify?
Individuals, sole proprietors and companies. You must buy at least 5 plots (for 3–30 ha), 10 plots (30–100 ha) or 20 plots (100–200 ha) and merge them within 2 years.
What you get
50% of the cadastral value of the purchased plots.
Deadline
- Closes: 31 December 2026
- Applications accepted until the end of 2026.

How to apply
- 1BEFORE buying, apply to the Ministry of Economy and sign a compensation contract.
- 2Report every quarter; after merging apply for the refund.
