Helps people displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, those affected by the 2020 and 2023 wars and the Debed floods, and other vulnerable people start or grow a business, including a farm business. SPARK is for people with an idea or self-employed; BUILD is for businesses registered in the last 3 years. Round 3 closed on 26 June 2026.
Do I qualify?
People displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, people affected by the wars or the Debed floods, and other vulnerable people with a business idea or a small business registered in the last 3 years.
What you get
Training, coaching, mentoring and access to funding to start or grow the business.
